Our projects
We offer you several projects as an investor, as a co-investor or in a club deal.
The philosophy underlying the selection of our investment projects is based on four cornerstones:

- Environmentally friendly, which means that we understand, use and promote nature at the same time in order to preserve it for future generations.
- Social relevance, which for us means inclusion and the promotion of human coexistence.

- Genoptic, large-scale solar plants starting at 100 million euros. Locations: Canada, USA, Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece and Ukraine.
- Genoptic, Luxembourg, production hall, “Center of Excellence”, approximately $75 million Euro
- Genoptic, production hall in Burgas, Bulgaria, , approximately 100 million euros
- Genoptic, vertical farming, around €50 million each, locations: Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland
- Genoptic "Center of Excellence", India, approximately 100 Million $
- Genoptic-VPP (Virtual Power Plants), approximately 20-100 million US, depending on location
- Genoptic, Bermuda, Vertical Farming, approximately $40 million
